We offer a 30 day replacement warranty with all purchases.

Returning For Replacement And Refund

Any brand new product can be returned for a replacement warranty within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support Team at support@tazels.com to schedule your return.

If there is a problem with the quality of the item you can return it and get it replaced within 30 days. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.

If your order was damaged in the shipping process please email support@tazels.com with photos of the damages within 3 days of receiving your item.  We will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.

Item must be unworn (blemishes, scratches, signs of wear etc.) - if the returned items fails this test, they will be returned back to you. Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.

Purchases made using Cash on delivery payment option is not entitled to get any refunds, due to technical difficulties in doing so.
